I use Bit Tornado, and when its open you can click on one of the boxes maked maybe prefs or advanced, and in that window in the upper right you set the ports that need to be open (The port numbers are shown onthe home page of bt.etree.org and are like 6881-6889). Check the torrent client you use to see if an option like that exists. I believe that satisfies the port forwarding. I've had not trouble, other than slow speeds from a lack of seeds. Let me know what happens.

I use Bittorrent Mainline 4.4.1 IF you're on Window2000XP,
Click Start, then Control Panel, then Windows Firewall, make sure it's "ON" then click "Exceptions" (on top)
and "add port"-6881 thru 6889>> ...under "Name", put in any name you wish, make sure the TCP is used (not UDP)
click OK, go back to "add port" and repeat 6882-6883... and so on. then OK yer way out

That's exactly what it is (bt.etree).

gd1973-05-26.sbd.cribbs.17076.sbeok.shnf

gd730526.shnf

I haven't had trouble there before, but these are snails to dead carcasses.

Can anyone help me out with 1973-05-26 and 1969-02-28?

Hi folks..
Im more of a lurker than participator but wanted to chime in on this...

First off..if you use BT..Don't use ports 6882-6883. Fer these ports are typical bt ports and are now being throtled(blocked) by ISP's.

Second...If you use windows firewall...PLEASE , get a new firewall!

Third.. As for client, I would use UTorrent, 100%!! Please check it out you will not regret it!!! - If you need help w/ setting just Post, I will walk ya through it.

Foruth.."and if you DL off of bt.etree, don't piss anyone off, you may stall and burn-at least in the GD area's. With the ole shucks'n grovel game. Sure miss the old PRE-december Archive-no power trips, jest happy BS free DL'n! lol-but i won't rehash that."

-This hogwash..don't believe it. Etree is a kind place fer music!

Fifth..Another good torrent site, probably best on the net is http://www.shnflac.net/torrents.php

Check it out...You will get more than just what yer asking....

sure thing! My DL woo's are indeed 100% of my making, due to errors in judgement. I'm positive now that no one screws with leechers they judge as kind (or mean spirited) must be the infernal firewall! tee-hee!
My firewall aint jiggy with etree >only<
I know 4 other sites where the DL's & UL's flow great on my Mainline 4.4.1 at present(bad discriminating Firewall!!!)
In many ways I'm kind, but i know human nature and pettypowertrips...for example, "Kind" would not murder the unborn. (which takes a heart of darkness-period.)
Yup, the words "kind" and "Mean spirited" do get thrown around conveniently. AND I'd never throw around the term "blacklisted"
.....Bad firewall!! lol

http://www.shnflac.net/ doesn't have the shows I'm wanting right now. I do check it, and so far, it hasn't had anything I want. It's on my list of places to go, so I check it every time.

Mine is set to start at port 6881. I'm using Bit Torrent 4.4.1

Use any 2 ports between 49000 and 59000.

As fer your client, I don't use that one. I will just say give UTorrent a try http://www.utorrent.com/

It doesn't have what you want??? Huh....LMAO...LOL...They have just finished seeding every GD60's SBD show from lama and now on the GD 1970's.
With new sources appereaing all the time

Zeno, the 2 you want are a needle in a haystack of 3000 recordings...

As fer what you want...Ask you shall receieve...

Thanks for you help. I appreciate it.

http://www.shnflac.net

Are you talking about this place? I just checked, and there's one, as in (1), 1969 show.

Where should I be looking, so I can receive these shows?
